We offer returns and exchanges on all standard-size garments within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. This policy ensures that every AARNELLE piece remains a pristine expression of craftsmanship and quality.
Due to the meticulous and personalized nature of custom-fit garments, these pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. They are individually made to your specific measurements and reflect your unique silhouette. Similarly, all accessories, bespoke orders, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@aarnelle.comwith your order number, reason for return, and any relevant images if necessary. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the next steps of the process.
For clients within India, we offer complimentary reverse pickup for both returns and exchanges. For our international clients, we kindly request that return shipping be arranged and covered by the client. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will provide complimentary outbound shipping for the replacement piece, with our gratitude.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
