AARNELLE pieces are individually crafted by artisans and produced exclusively on a made-to-order basis as we don’t keep the garments in stock. By placing an order, you acknowledge the artisanal nature of our work. As such, minor variations in color, texture, weave, or embellishment may occur, these are not defects but a testament to the uniqueness and authenticity of piece that you ordered. in writing.
PAYMENT & CURRENCY
Prices on our website may be displayed in your local currency for convenience. However, the method of payment processing depends on the gateway you select at checkout. If you choose to pay via PayPal or Razorpay, your order will be processed in your selected local currency (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP, etc.). We currently support select currencies through PayPal to provide a smooth international transaction experience. You may choose to pay in your native currency, and the total will be charged accordingly. If you are purchasing from outside India, your card provider may apply a currency conversion fee or exchange rate adjustment. Final billing amounts may vary slightly based on the currency exchange rate or conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider. These are not within our control. We reserve the right to adjust prices, discontinue products, or modify collections without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE & FULFILLMENT
An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. All confirmed orders are subject to our production and delivery timelines, typically 15–20 days. We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any order due to inaccurate information, suspected fraud, inventory errors, or unforeseen production issues. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
CUSTOM & TAILORED GARMENTS
Custom or tailored garments are created specifically to your provided measurements and are therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We urge clients to ensure measurement accuracy before placing a custom order. If needed, our team is available to guide you through the measurement process. For Aarnelle Atelier circle members, one-one private fittings are available.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, logos, product photography, garment descriptions, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of AARNELLE. These materials are protected under applicable copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent from AARNELLE.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
As each garment is handcrafted in limited batches, product availability is subject to change. A listing on the website does not guarantee the availability of a piece. If a selected item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
